Visit Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP), Malaysia’s only dedicated classical concert venue. Get the insider’s view of what the concert hall looks like – acclaimed as one of the world’s most beautiful with the finest acoustic environment.

Encounter welcomes school groups (maximum of 100 students at any one time) to visit the concert hall on a guided tour. Venue visits are offered FREE to schools.

Each visit may include the following:

• A brief introduction to the concert hall.
• An overview of the Encounter programme and its activities.
• A short presentation on classical music.
• A brief talk by the DFP staff members.
• Question & Answer session.
• Complimentary gift packs for visiting groups of students.

Admission Fee: FREE

Bookings: These visits are for all school groups (primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities) and are subject to availability. All applications for concert hall visits should be made at least two months prior to the intended visit. Please call us for more information. Small groups may coordinate their trip to include visits to PETROSAINS and GALERI PETRONAS.

Duration: Each concert hall visit takes approximately 30-40 minutes.
