Rules & Regulations
1. Opened to all 10/11 Season Subscribers.
2. Employees of the Organisers and Prize Sponsors are not eligible to enter.
3. This campaign runs from 7 August 2010 to 3 September 2010.
4. Please state the introducer’s name and his/her subscriber no. on the booking form.
5. Booking forms may be submitted in-person at the Box Office or:

Prize
1. The prize is inclusive of one (1) pair of invitations to the MPO 10/11 Season Gala Concert, a make-over session for two (2) at Clarins counter, Isetan KLCC, and one (1) night stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. All prizes to be utilized on 18 September 2010.
2. The winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
3. The Organisers shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes given are not exchangeable for cash, credit, voucher or other items, in part or in full.
4. The winner must abide by the terms and conditions of the party arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
Terms & Conditions
1. The winner will be determined by the most number of subscribers introduced.
2. Organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
3. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by this campaign rules and regulations, and the decisions of the Organisers.
