Dress Code
Evening Classical Concerts: Long-sleeved batik or lounge suit.
Sunday Matinées & Other Performances (ie Jazz, World Music, Chamber):
Smart casual.
No jeans, shorts, T-shirts, sneakers and slippers allowed at any time.

We regret to inform you that inappropriately dressed ticket holders shall be denied admission and that no refunds will be given. We thank you in advance for your co-operation.

Late Seating
Performances begin promptly at the advertised time. Out of respect for the musicians and seated guests, latecomers may have to wait until interval or other suitable break before they are allowed in. We would like to point out that guests who leave the hall during the course of a performance will only be re-seated at the next appropriate break.

For Family Fun Day concerts, it is worth noting that, since these performances are only an hour long, you will probably not get an opportunity to be seated, should you arrive late.

As a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, please remain in your seat until the concert has concluded.

Electronic Devices
All concert goers are requested to switch off their mobile phones, pagers, watch alarms and other electronic devices before entering the concert hall. All usage of mobile phones such as the Short Messaging Service (SMS) is prohibited, this is to ensure an ideal concert experience both for the performers and other audience members.

Recording Equipment
All forms of recording and photography equipment are strictly prohibited in the concert hall. We seek the co-operation and understanding of all audience members in observing this policy.

Bag Checks
The safety and security of our patrons are of utmost importance to us. Whether you decide to deposit your bags or bring them into the hall, your bags will be subject to security checks. However, all bulky items, plastic carriers, backpacks, large briefcases and umbrellas must be placed at the Cloakroom at Level 1.

Cloakroom
Free cloakroom facilities are available at Level 1 of the concert hall. It is opened 30 minutes before performance until 30 minutes after its conclusion.

Food & Drinks are not allowed in the concert hall.

No Smoking Policy
In keeping with government regulations, all concert goers are reminded that smoking is strictly prohibited in the concert hall.
