  • Season 2027 ticket sales will be available in phases:

    • 24 October 2026, Saturday (9:00am - 6:00pm): Platinum subscribers

    • 24 October 2026, Saturday (2:00pm - 6:00pm): Gold subscribers

    • 25 October 2026, Sunday (9:00am – 2:00pm): Green subscribers

    • 25 October 2026, Sunday (2:00pm – 6:00pm): New subscribers

    • 26 October – 2 November 2026: Friends of DFP single-ticket purchases

    • 3 November 2026 onwards: General public sales.


    All subscriber launch-day purchases are available at the DFP Box Office only.


    Note: Discounts are only available at the DFP Box Office (not online). Cashless payment is preferred.

  • Enjoy exclusive savings when you subscribe to a Season 2027 concert package:

    • Platinum: 30% discount

    • Gold: 25% discount

    • Green: 20% discount

     

    Discounts apply to all seating categories, subject to ticket availability and applicable terms and conditions.

    • To enjoy the exclusive package discounts, you must purchase a minimum of four (4) concerts, including at least one (1) classical concert from Season 2027.

  • Yes! New subscribers are welcome to purchase a Season 2027 package. You may visit the DFP Box Office on Sunday, 25 October 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, to explore the available packages and enjoy the applicable subscription benefits.

  • Yes. Online purchases will be available for Friends of DFP single-ticket sales from 26 October 2026 and for the general public from 3 November 2026.

    However, Season 2027 subscriber launch sessions on 24 and 25 October 2026 are exclusively available at the DFP Box Office.

  • The ‘Friend Referral Program’ allows eligible customers to enjoy Platinum or Gold season launch purchasing privileges when their purchases meet the minimum spending requirement for the respective category.

    Please contact the DFP Box Office for details on eligibility, minimum spending requirements and applicable terms.

  • You can bring as many friends as you want, as long as each purchase meets the minimum spend for the category.

    • This season, Friends of DFP members can purchase single tickets during the package sales launch on 24 and 25 October 2026 at the Box Office.

    • Alternatively, they can also purchase online single tickets from 26 October to 2 November 2026, ahead of public sales.

  • We base the count on the number of different concerts in a package, not the total number of tickets.

  • You must fill in the booking form and bring the hard copy to the counter for submission on the day of the event.

  • No, seat reservations are not guaranteed. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • There is no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase.

  • No, the prices listed in the booking form exclude a ticketing fee of RM5 per ticket.

  • DFP offers a range of convenient payment options, including:

    • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

    • Online banking: FPX.

    • E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Setel and MCash.

    • Other payment options: DuitNow, Atome, ShopeePay and SPayLater.
       

    Payment options are subject to availability and the applicable payment provider's terms.

  • Tickets can be purchased through the following channels:

     

    1. DFP Box Office Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS PETRONAS Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC).

     

    Box Office Operating Hours:

    • Tuesday – Saturday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

    • Concert nights: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

    • Sunday concerts: 12:00 PM until concert time

     

    2. Online: www.mpo.com.my and www.dfp.com.my, available 24 hours during the applicable online sales periods.
