We are delighted to welcome you to the MPO Silver Gala Night.

The MPO celebrates 25 years of music-making with a gilded evening of romantic masterpieces. Malaysia’s own Tengku Irfan performs Liszt’s dazzling Piano Concerto No. 2 - a kaleidoscope of contrasts transforming seamlessly from exquisite themes to fiery cadenzas. Mussorgsky’s vivid Pictures at an Exhibition depicts the intense colours and imagery of paintings by Victor Hartmann. Originally written for piano, they were later orchestrated to their full splendour by Maurice Ravel.

This event aims to bring together individuals who share a passion for music and a desire to make a difference. You will not only be supporting the arts but also making a positive impact on our music community. Your presence and generosity will help us continue our mission of promoting music education and outreach programs throughout Malaysia.
