Experience a meaningful celebration of Malaysia’s musical heritage as the MPO pays tribute to one of the country’s greatest cultural icons, Alfonso Soliano. A visionary pianist, arranger and conductor, Soliano is widely known as a pioneer who laid the foundation for the country’s music scene especially jazz. Led by Ahmad Muriz Che Rose and with The Solianos as vocalists and instrumentalists, this special performance brings his timeless works back on stage in a heartfelt homage.
